First Business Idea: A job training website that taught you how to get your dream job. Basically monster meets information marketing. You could log on and look up your dream job and watch videos on how top experts got their jobs, tips on getting that specific job and dos and don’ts. I was naive and listened to my college counselor tell me it was a dumb idea. Now, 7-8 years later one of the giants recently released something similar. Guess it wasn’t such a bad idea after all career education lady!
First Actual Business: I sold cameras on ebay while in college. I also made money with affiliate accounts from trial offers from AOL & Casino sites and surveys… LOL. Paid for a whole summer that way. My girlfriend at the time wondered if I was dealing drugs. She couldn’t understand that you could actually make money on the internet. That was before internet marketing had a name and community!
First Real Business: Urge Marketing. I help business owners get more customers.
Number of Employees: I use freelancers. Not to fond of employees unless you have to. I do most of the work myself and hire out the rest.
